Not All Bad Reviews are Necessarily True
So, as a company, we rely on reviews from our customers, good and bad. Reviews are like our report cards. We don't know what to change or how to improve ourselves or our services , if we don't know that we did indeed do something wrong or unprofessional.
After every job, we ask for a Certificate of Satisfaction. We want to know how we performed our services. We pride ourselves on our work. Sometimes, though, there comes a time when someone is just not happy with us. Ultimately, we reach out to them and try to correct or fix what went wrong to the best of our capabilities. We stand behind our work 100%.
